How it all began
Khyati’s Story
Khyati was born in India but moved to America when she was 2 years old. She went to school in Georgia until she was 21 where she got a mechanical engineering degree from Georgia Tech. In addition to being a full-time student, she started a company called Gatherly which was recently acquired, and currently works as a Product Manager at Microsoft.
Akshat’s Story
Akshat was born in Indiana and moved to Georgia during elementary school. He got his degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. He began working at Amazon after college but decided to move into the fin-tech space last year and currently works at a Millennium Management in Miami.
Our Story
We met during our freshman year of High School but only started dating during our Junior year. Ever since then, we have clicked on everything. Akshat has learned very useful life skills during this time such as what a Birkin bag is and why it costs more than most cars while Khyati has learned to never cheer for an Atlanta sports team if she wants to be happy. The reason they know this is right is because even after nearly 8 years together, they can still talk for hours about anything.
